Ive searched up and down the internet. All the information is find is a few years old. I want to buy a xm radio kit for my f. I refuse to pay 800 dollars to the dealer. I researched two kits

I have the same question...and it there an install guide on here for the new aftermarket system since the Lexus one is discontinued?
I got the vaistech system. works great. you will need XHD2H1, SL2xD2 and SFA12F. You need all three if you want to use the sharkfin.
Does anyone have install instructions on this kit? I have seen a few on the factory pieces, but not the vais tech system.

Just a quick note to add about the Vais systems. I have an 08 IS-F and the Vais for Ipod was already installed when I bought the car. The system was fine for charging an Ipod and a 3g Iphone but would Not charge a 4G. The reason is the voltage. Vais sells an updated box and loom for about 40 bucks that allows you to charge a 3g or 4g now. 10 minutes to install and works great. Just a heads up if anyone is interested.
