Nope... Sorry but no need for it. Now you have the best of both worlds !! Paddle shifting for the manual mode, and slap it back into Drive when stuck in traffic or don't want to worry about shifting.
I agree, seems like alot of people had this question so I figured a good time to update the poll!
Will They Make A Manual For Is-f?

The Answer Is Absolutely Not.that's Why They Put In A World's First 8 Speed Automatic That Actually Shifts Faster Than Any Manual Could.by The Way Just Purchased (2-mnths) Ago Smokey Granite On Black. ----beautiful And Of Ffffast:)
Here's a question. This car has been out in Japan for over a year, there's even a Neiman Marcus edition. How come there's no major aftermarket parts to make it go faster? (turbo or supercharger, computer chips etc.)
Are You Saying There Will Be A Manual Isf!?!?
No, sorry I was referring to Smoke's question about aftermarket parts..
Sorry for any confusion !!!
Sorry !! So when are we shipping a car down to you?? ;)
Haha! Not for a little while, sadly. We can talk about it when the times gets closer.
Cant see any performance increase with a 6sp vs the current 8sp paddle shift...
The fastest street car currently out there..(Production..albeit limited..but ya anyway) the Bugetti Veryon has a sequential auto shift as well.

Actually you cant forget about the Smoking Dodge Hennessey 1000 hp Twin Turbo Venom Viper---vrooooom, which has a 6speed, and is faster to 200mph than the Bugetti at 20.3 secs!! (Road and Track--Speed Kings 0-200mph Sept 2007 issue)
Nope my friend! Paddle shift are here to stay. With how good the technology has gotten, not sure why you'd want manual. For crying out loud, even semi trucks are pushing full automatics.
The Lexus IS series now has a big brother, the IS F. Tighten your seatbelts, friends, for it takes direct aim at the BMW M3. Yukihiko Yaguchi, former head of Lexus brand strategy, and his band of Lexus skunkworks brothers created it working on their own time. These engineers include friends at Yamaha, which has long worked with Toyota in engine development, and friends at Toyota Technocraft

That will be great news for the Lexus F enthusiasts.
