I had my car fishtail slightly when I hit a slick spot in the road with wet tires (out of a car wash) and was written up for "reckles indangering". Yes, that was the way it was spelled out on the ticket. Sweet.
My attorney was able to get it reduced to excessive vehicular noise. If I would have left the ticket my insurance agent said it would have increased my rates significantly.
