i would forget about the radar cruise, for sure. i don't have it on my F, but i do on my QX56. i disable it anytime i use the cruise.
it overbrakes, slows the truck around turns even when no other car is near.
if you are in the left lane, and are coming up on some slow jerk and want to pass on the right without touching the brake it cannot anticipate that you are going to pull the lane change and will brake hard if you get too close to the idiot in the left lane.
also, if you have the wipers on, you can't use the adaptive cruise.
i recognize the lexus system may be different, but if you use cruise the way i do, i can't imagine any radar guidance system will be adequate.
