Lexus has an Ipod Adaptor kit that gives you full integration. Ask your dealer about it.

i have the lexus dealership ipod integration, and it works fine, but you cant have the satelite radio because of it, they use the sat button for it

Your dealer needs to get a clue, Lexus is doing port installation of the ipod adaptor, and can it be ordered as well for installation. PM me if you need some help.
