Why? Especially in a Hummer..H2 and H3 or SUVs in general are not sport cars..honestly i believe the turbo is a lot nicer isn't it a lot cleaner as well, the supercharger are more for like certain cars, but i don't think it would go with an isf i believe , i think because my cousins has a supercharger in his hummer and its loudddd!!
Be patient, my friend..It's like Day and Night..It'll happen at least hopefully..Just be ready to open your wallet b/c it's gonna lose some weight..I'm the same way! I would like to see if one or both are going to come out for the FI honestly wouldn't mind either. If the supercharger is done to go with the F's luxury, I would hop on it right away. If there was a twin turbo set as well, I'm going to have to consider both very seriously
I'm ready for SEMA and the aftermarket to load up on parts for the F

What?I think it also comes down to fitment and location issues. Looking at the Yamaha 2UR-GSE engine, I don't see much room for a turbo or supercharger and I think adjusting the engine management and changing the electric motor-controlled intake and hydraulically adjusted exhaust valve timing seems a tall order for tuners![]()
Good Point! Very accurate..I guess Swift racing technology is out..Due to voiding warranty..FU**And even though the 335 has small turbos, there is absolutely no room to add a larger trim turbocharger. That is why you don't see any turbo upgrades to that vehicle, only tuning!
I've said it before, the R&D upside is not enough for companies to build a supercharger or turbo for the IS-F because of its limited production and even smaller demand for owners who actually want to void their warranty (TRD exception) and make prodigious amounts of horsepower!
Intake/exhaust is all you will see down the road...and you can forget about tuning because from what I have researched, Toyota keeps their ecu's on lockdown; And I doubt yamaha/skunk built this car to be modified.
