I am skeptical about the gains you get with F-sport bars. 08 ISF pulled 0.91 G and F sport IS 250 sport pulled 0.89 G (according to inside line) which is equipped with F sport bars.

^^^^The F-Sport ISs do not have F-Sport sway bars. And, as I attest to above, the rear F-Sport sway offers an improvement in handling over the stock ISF rear bar. We are here to share experiences, and this was/is a positive experience for me. Being skeptical is a good thing, but not for this mod.

Did you complete a skidpad test? When you do please let me know of the results you gather. Seat-of-the pants experience isn't very conclusive.

Also, F-Sport bar isn't marketed for the IS-F.

^^^No need to name call. I simply wanted to see if you have any hard facts of the bar actually working (skidpad testing or better lap times). Stiffer does not equal better in many cases.

I like facts. F-Sport Sway bars- were not designed for the ISF (Fact).

Either or not they 'bolt up" or how well they fit, another story.

Point is anybody can come and write whatever they want but without the facts its just YOUR OPINION.

^^^ Lou also sports 285 rear tire that are NOT recommended by the tire manufacturer itself (rim being too narrow).

If someone else did it isn't making it a hard fact or a good thing to do.

Like I said, lap times or skid pad test is the way to go on this one.

^^^ I support your tire choice and the size you went with. According to Michelin those sizes are indeed the widest recommended for the rim width. Also, from my own experiance I recon that Michelin tires run higher sidewall than Conti or Bridgestone and that is a good thing since the radius would decrease if you stayed with same brand (Bridgestone).

The thing I still haven't figured out is if the sidewall height would be affected and by how much in relation to the rim width and tire width. Pinching/Stretching.
