I reported the same thing early on with my IS-F and >
the dealer didn't have a clue. It's only happens in second gear and it does happen when the car is cold OR for me, in sport mode when really getting on it it won't shift out of 2sd, even when warmed up. I can't manually upshift without fully letting off the throttle first. Very frustrating as it does not happen all the time and I can't yet duplicate it at will.......
