I've heard some good things and some bad things about the intake (check your PM). I personally am not going to do it because it requires the cutting and splicing of wires (which is hard to put back together if you decide to go back to stock, or if you end up having a problem, such action would likely void your warranty). I would check out what I sent you in your PM and if your willing to take the risk, go ahead :) Keep us updated
I have it. Sounds great when I had it installed there was no cutting/splicing just joining of the wires. I have heard bad stories from not achieving the mentioned gains or even losing power. I haven't dynod my car so I dont know, but I have felt a slight bump in acceleration. After I get my exhaust I will have to dyno the car and see what kind of gains I get. If they are crappy I will put back the stock air box and wait for a drop in and/or JoeZ intake...

There as no cutting or splicing? How did you get the wries to join? Maybe I'm just tired, can you help me understand that? :D
