Let's hope your fab skills are sharper than you observational ones

On his dyno, the drop form the first peak, to the bottom if the drop is 10lt/lbs., it then rises an addiitonal 25wtq to peak, this equates to about a 15wtq difference between peaks.
On your graph, the decrease is a little less than 10wtq (hard to tell with the much different scaling/graphing), but indeed increases the same amount form peak to peak (15wtq).
There may be a couple ft/lb difference, but thats is hardly a big deal, especially since long tubes could certaily effect the powerband before/near peak torque
