I am losing my faith in the aftermarket for the IS-F. We are already in second year production and I can't even get a cold air intake. And don't even give me the SRT bull*hit, where you have to cough up $624.00 only to have to splice wires on a four hour installation, and dillusional promises of 20 whp gains (Get real). The new C63 amg already has ECU, exhaust, pulley upgrades and the new E92 M3 has double digit intake, pulley, and exhaust products out that are producing some nice numbers.

The IS-F is an intake, exhaust and tune away from sub 4 second 0-60 and 12 flat 1/4 mile passes that put it in the class of six figure exotics....too bad I can't even find a K&N drop in filter!!!!!

November and SEMA is almost here, nearly a single month left before the show :) Thats what I keep telling myself :)
Hang in there buddy, gimmie some time to do er right.
Think it's a matter of economics. With only 2833 or so >

IS-F's being brought into the USA, and the slow sales of some of those, Longo Lexus's Sunday ad said they had 11 sitting there ready go, it may NOT make dollars and sense for the aftermarket guys to spend money developing something for such a small market segment. If they captured 10% of the IS-F market, they'd only sell 230 units? Not good numbers for the ROI on the cost of R&D, production, marketing, and the likes IMHO....

Wheels & Tires, sure, no problem as they can go on other makes and models. Anything exclusive to the IS-F, is going to be a LOT tougher to find.
Dealer here in wester NY told me M-B only brought 500 C63-amg's to the US? Yet there is that much advertising and aftermarket? Anyone know if he was just blowing smoke up my a$$?
