Andy,

I would only let them "turn" the rotors to determine if that is really the problem. My objection for that to be the permanent solution is that you can only turn the rotors so much and then they have to be replaced when they get too thin. She only has 5,000 miles +/- so the next time they have to be turned they may be too thin to be turned a second time.

If turning the rotors solves the problem I would request a new set of rotors.
