Schumacher caught speeding on the highway

F1 star Michael Schumacher was caught speeding off the track near his hometown of Kerpen, Germany. Driving his Audi Cabriolet, Schumacher was fined 75 euros ($107 USD) and received three points on his license.

Schumacher was pulled over in a 100kmh (62 mph) zone going 140kmh (87 mph) according to German media.

“I’m really sorry, it is out of character for me. Speeding is for the race tracks only,” he told German newspapers.

While that was really genuine of him to say - we feel if you’re Schumacher, you should’ve been caught going at least 187 mph.

What the hell is he doin driving an Audi Cabriolet!!!!! He's the top paid F1 driver, he gets MILLIONS per year by Ferrari, to be in an Audi he deserved to get a ticket, hopefully next time he'll be in one of his collection of Ferrari's and out run them

Haha SMOKE, spot on with that comment! They probably pulled him over because he was driving top down with a scarf around his neck and they noticed who it was

Or maybe he figured if he was in an Audi no one would give a second look... Lets not forget in Europe he is as spottable as Michael Jordan. My 2 cents Love the velvet blazer, how Euro trash, nice to see he still dresses down, & the scarf! What is it like 20 below over there..... FYI he has been spotted on tracks roadracing bikes as of late.... Legend
