Satellite Radio Problems on 2008 ISF

I just bought a 2008 ISF and put satellite radio in through the Levinson Stereo system and it is intermittently powering itself off and then cannot locate the satellite unless I turn the car off and restart it. I tried two new receiver boxes and have powered the satellite receiver into the cigarette light but still the same issue. Has anyone ever heard of this problem?
