Hi all,
I was wasting some time, perusing Ebay, and i found a wrecked F..

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Lexu...1ffQQitemZ160366637567QQptZUSQ5fCarsQ5fTrucks

item 160366637567 if the link didn't work..

Anyone know this car? It seems the F community is so small, someone must know this story..
Warning- pics are somewhat painful to look at...

cant believe the airbag didnt blow
I thought about that too, and would expect it to deploy with a collision that would cause that much damage. But maybe someone hit the F when it was parked?
it almost looks like the one in a story I was reading the other day about a 3 car collision
i cant recall where tho
prob on here or clublexus
In the ad it says the car could drive if the air box didn't break. I highly doubt that as both the front tires are aimed in opposite directions.;)

how is a broken airbox gonna prevent the F from driving? just proves how much of a bullshitter the seller is on ebay.

Well he's actually right. Even though the car is way overpriced, and the damage looks to be very extensive, IMHO, it is a parts car only. How ever on the drivability issue, the tube that connects the airbox with the engine contains the MAF Mass Airflow Sensor, without the MAF in place, you wont be going anywhere.
