rim fitting with a 40 off set

hey guyys there are theses rims I've been looking at and the off set in the rear is a 40 and just wondering if that would fit cuz they will not send me a pair to fit on and the front with a 40 or a 30 but there 10 wide in back and 9 up front thanks jack

Jack, there are the dimention's of the factory IS-F wheels.
Front Size : 19 x 8J
Rear Size : 19 x 9J
Offset Front : 45.8mm (1.8 inches)
Offset Rear : 55.0mm (2.2inches)
Center Bore : 72.62mm
Pitch Circle Diameter : 114.3mm (4.5inches)
