Recall on 2006-2008 Lexus IS

I don't know if this includes the F or not.

Lexus is recalling nearly 215,000 vehicles due to possible fuel pipe corrosion caused by using gasoline with ethanol in it. The alcohol in the fuel can absorb water and cause the pipes to corrode. The recall affects certain 2006-2008 GS, IS, and LS vehicles. No other Toyota vehicles are involved.

Any Fchamps for Flipside know if this affects the F?!

Not that I know of. One of the guys at the dealers who have access to techinfo can check it out.

Fs appear NOT to to be affected:

SSC9LA - The involved vehicles are equipped with aluminum fuel delivery pipes (fuel rails). Lexus has determined that ethanol fuels with low moisture content will corrode the internal surface of the fuel rails. As this condition progresses, the engine malfunction indicator light (MIL) may illuminate. Over time, the corrosion will create a pinhole resulting in fuel leakage.

On the sheet you posted Lou it doesn't mention anything about the F. Is it on another sheet perhaps?
