RE: Fair Price Discussions- A Reality Check For Buyers

In the spirit of a balanced debate about what really constitutes fair pricing in the current economic climate:

Numbers:

Anyone fancy a Lexus? Now’s a good time to saunter over to their swanky digs; October sales at Toyota’s luxury division are off by 37.6 percent.
...and opinion:

To say it’s a buyer’s market would be like saying a jailhouse crack dealer has sway over an incarcerated junkie.

Well yes and No because people are being cautious including the banks, BUT the best time to purchase a vehicle is in December, the later in the month the better. The dealership (any dealer) wants to and has to have they're cars sold to beat their competitor, not a different manufacturer but the same manufacturer.Example this Lexus dealer has to sell 300 cars for the month to be #1 for Lexus in sales, another Lexus dealer has to sell only 270 to be # 1 in Lexus for sales , you see so their's competition between all the dealers to be # 1..JM Lexus in S. Florida is #1 and Longo Lexus in California is # 2 right now so if you buy online or fly there then maybe you'll get a better deal at one of those places to get your business and to beat the other one in sales :D Which in the end the customer benefits from something that that particular dealership can offer
