I've seen a regular IS shut off right away, and then start back up and be ok. No lights came on, and no codes left behind. I beliee they replaced the ignition module in it....

I agree with Flipside, again.I've heard that before but on a Lexus that had it's battery dying. I would take it into service and have it checked out. It's possible the piezo chirper (ding ding) is no good.
