show these to sikky and they'll say that they will leak because they dont have a raised, uneven, perforated weld around each inlet..... im just sayin... lol
very nice, they look good.

Oh go for it. I know Lexura1414 wants to get headers done at elite(if they ever get doneshot #2 says alot about the attention to detail. I had planned on no mods but seeing these has me thinking twice. nice post.
It's not apples to apples though. The PPE's appear to come on sooner, but there are other factors that could be at play resulting in the difference such as the stock mufflers being in place on your setup. Unless you have the same exact exhaust setup as me you can't conclude that the PPE's are what make the difference.A dyno run with the same type of dyno (Dynojet) is attached. That F had sikky headers, not cats and a JoeZ exhaust. Peak results are similar, except the PPE seems to come on a bit sooner.

I respectfully disagree. Both cars were run on the same brand of dyno, the outdoor temperatures were the same, however, the exhaust systems were in fact different. You are using the low restriction JoeZ, that gains 20 HP over the stock exhaust system. The Sikky's gained another 27. My exhaust showed a baseline of 354HP before the headers, your's with the JoeZ showed 352, pretty close. IMHO, the results are pretty comparable, but it does appear the PPEs come on a bit sooner. Both are well designed and both make power. The choice is yours. I am attaching another graph of yours that shows what I am saying. Again, IMO, you did a great job outlining the true benefits of a decent hiflow exhaust on the F, versus the inflated numbers JE was showing. So there are variables at play here such as different exhaust setups, different dyno facility, etc that all could play in the equation. Unless you bolt on a JoeZ exhaust and compare it back to back with your current setup, this whole header comparison is worthless.
