Uses TOYOTA Super Long Life Coolant (SLLC)
The severe service interval on the initial replacement is at 100,000 miles or 120 months. Then replace every 50,000 miles or 60 months thereafter.
If your doing this as piece of mind because you do not know the history, then I would highly recommend using professional equipment to make your life easier on a very expensive engine. All you need is an air lock to complicate life.
No need to worry about PH balance on new coolants - they utilize hybrid organic acid technology (or HOAT) to prevent damage like this for extended periods.
With ethylene glycol or green coolants of yesteryear, this was a worry.
