Oil around 3 spark plugs

I have a 2008 ISF with 61,000 miles . With that said I replace my
Spark plugs as recommend with OEM parts. My two plugs closes to the fire wall on the passanger side had wet oil on them around the threads and the one closes to the firewall on the drivers side . My question is that normal? Or do I have a problem?

Possible causes:

1. Leaking, worn or improperly installed valve cover gasket.

2. Internal leak of some kind.

3. Too much oil. (When was the last oil change, who did it?)
