Thanks guys. 600 miles now, still breakin period.

K&N air filter went in on Friday night, gas mileage and throttle response are much better now.

The car is a total beast on steroids. 3,000 RPM and the party is already going.

It was TOTALLY worth the wait.

Congratulations.... that is the exact color I got in November. Was thinking about the K&N. What are your impressions? Where did you purchase it?

I am easily getting 300 miles on a tank, this is City/Highway combined driving.

The car seems to breath much better with it.

I suspect things will get better once I get the break-in oil out of it in another 300 miles and put the Castrol 5W-30 synthetic.

Install was pretty easy, just loosen the airbox clips and the bolt in the middle, you should be able to get the factory filter out.

I know most people won't disconnect the battery for this type of small install, but I did.

I just wiped some excess oil on it and put it in. Runs great.
