Looks like the classic knock off style of wheel. I believe those lugnuts become locating pins that fit in the backside of the wheel to drive the wheel. Knock off wheels provide a very unique look for sure. The adapter plates and center lock nut are left and right side specific. Not sure of any weight savings though, as the material that is normally removed for lugnut holes hasn't been removed on these. Another good 3 pc forged wheel option is http://forgeline.com/

Granted, the "F" has a good bit of ponies, and if your looking for good looks then go for it. But what a few extra pounds means to a true sports car enthusiast, like me, is more rotating mass on each corner of the car. That means more effort to get it going and more effort to slow it down which equals slower lap times and slower overall performance.
