Hello,

Just though I would introduce myself my name is Nolan I just bought an IS-F today being shipped in should be here in about a week can't wait. Ultrasonic Blue/Black. I don't think I will be dissapointed I did pre-order a new Camaro but after seeing one in person although a good looking vehicle the quality and options were not to my standards so I went this route I wanted luxury and performance.

Hi Nolan and welcome, if I or we can help out with any questions don't hesitate to ask. I am positive that you will enjoy the luxury and feel of the IS-F over the Camaro!!! Great choice.

Watch out for the terrorist exercises today! Supposed to be explosions and stuff out by you... and lots of traffic jams, etc.

Does anybody in Colorado have the Joe Z exhaust or intake? I would like to hear them. I do not want to do anything obnoxious to the sound of my car...
Bizarro world!

That's very strange. I'm in the process of selling my IS F and will probably replace it with a new Camaro. Definitely fewer options available in the Chevy, but of course it's 25 grand cheaper. Makes me wonder what else were you considering. For me, it was the 335, M3, Cayman S, & 350Z.

Maybe the universe really does try to even things out.;)

Enjoy your IS F!
The only reason I was considering a Camaro was it looked decent and I work for chevrolet but took to long I ordered in Oct. and I did not want to be barried the first year. I got a smokin deal on the IS-F. And I like cars nobody has there will be lot's of Camaro's and I wanted to be different. I was also considering the M3 and the GTR but both were still bringing to much money. The nissan Z is a nice car but don't like the new body. I do have a 1992 Fairlady 1 of 300 made Twin Turbo 300zx that I still have below is a quick picture loved this body style alot better.
Sorry pics were to big wont attach I will try to get some new ones this weekend.
I love those old Zs, too. My dad and I used to go to the Nissan dealer just to see the new models. But in the 80s they became too expensive for us. We did have a 1978 280Z for a while. Unfortunately when I was 17 I wrecked it. I don't think Dad ever forgave me...

I drove a 370Z last weekend. I don't care for the odd headlights, but I really like the rest of the exterior. The hood and roof recession are cool. The interior leaves a little to be desired. The stereo is lamentable, especially the "upgraded" Bose version. Also I must have gotten used to the IS F's torque, because the Z seemed positively slow, even though I've read it's also a sub-5.0-second 0-60 car. The rev-matching was cool, too. And I miss stick shifts. But I need more torque!
I agree there are going to be a lot of Camaros and sometimes it's kind of nice having a car you never see on the street. At this point I'd appreciate a little anonymity. Last few cars were attention-getters and not all attention is welcome!
The cool thing about the IS F is that not many people recognize it and those who do are enthusiasts. (Vs. thieves or vandals.)
