New member ISF in chicagoland

Hey guys i just got my 08 IS-F yesterday. Its ultrasonic blue and i got it slightly used has about 10k miles on it. So first night out i took it to this private road and had a go. I noticed after a few laps that the car started to smell a little bit. I think it was the brakes cooling down and stuff but is that normal?

Welcome to the site and congrats on your new F!

I'm sure your smell is just the film burning off the brakes especially if they haven't been pushed hard in a while. Have you run it hard since then and noticed the same smell?

um no the smell went away after a few rounds. And yea since i got it used and it wasnt clean i think some of the dust was burning
