I just picked up an '08 USB IS F on Monday and I'm absolutely loving it! I've always admired the IS F's while driving my '08 Evo MR the past two years, and the used prices on them made it the right time to make the switch. I'll post pics when I hit 10 posts.

Congrats on the purchase! How is the F compared to your Evo?
The Evo was a ton of fun: mean looking, stuck to the road like glue in the turns and with a sport mode that is more aggressive than the F's sport mode. While I'll miss the Evo in the snow, the F is just so much more. I don't think I'll ever tire of the sound of the V8, especially past 3600 rpm. And the interior is just so much nicer in the F. The much-publicized poor ride quality of the F is better than the Evo's ride quality, and while I don't buy these cars for the gas mileage, the fact that a V8 gets significantly better mileage than a turbo-4 is just crazy. I still can't stop smiling whenever I look at my F!
Congrats on your F and welcome to the site  Glad to hear you're enjoying the F
Good to see another member from Reno on here. I've only seen one other F in the Reno area... maybe it was you? Just got the Sikky headers installed at "Street to Sand" on Kietzke. They have a Dyno and it did, in fact add 49 hp. I highly recommend the upgrade. If you like the sound the stock system produces, you'll most likely love the header upgrade.
I'll definitely look in to that header upgrade... thanks for the tip. I've only seen one F in Reno, and that was about a year ago. I'll keep an eye out for you; what color is yours? Have you driven your F in the winter here (with snow tires, I assume), and how was it? That was my only reservation, but I decided to go for it anyway. See you around!

Good numbers. Do you have any other mods? Or is that increase just from the headers and stock exhaust?

Increase is just from headers with stock exhaust. I've recently added the Borla Full dual exhaust and have yet to dyno again. I'll post when I get it done....

Mine is an 09' USB. I tried driving in the snow last winter with stock tires..... It was a mistake. I was lucky to get it back in the garage. I ended up buying an older truck to drive in the winter.
How much louder is the car with the header and stock exhaust? any droning?
It's still pretty quiet but definitely louder than stock with no drone. The Full Borla Exhaust has a slight drone but is completely acceptable when at highway speeds.
I finally added some pics to my first post six weeks ago! No mods yet, though.
