Tough crowd here, the guy is simply exited about a new mod. He has even provided a Dyno sheet. Those that are skeptical, don't order it.
Tough Crowd:confused: The darn thing doesn't exist. Folks have asked for photos, and none have been forthcoming. Dyno sheet? How easy can the be forged? Order it:eek: Go to K&N's site and try to order anything for the "F". The site informs you "No products found, please try another application". Now I've been using K&N stuff for years. I've got a K&N air filter in my F right now. It's one they recommend for various Volkswagen applications, but it fits our cars. Again, I've been following this thread, and call me a skeptic, but I don't believe any of this:mad:

It looks to be real. But the picts are so small, you can't really see any detail. If I try to enlarge them, they become unreadable. If this guy is for real, K&N chose a very poor spokesperson. Any beta tester for a product needs to have the time to fully explain himself and the product and needs to be able to express himself in a positive way. You would think that K&N would be part of this first time public exposure and would be soliciting feedback from us as well as their chosen tester. The way this is being handled is a puzzlement to me:confused:

From what I can see of this device, the questions I would would have are:

1. How well is it sealed from hot air?

2. Does it continue to utilize the stock 2 step intake system?.

3. Are there dyno sheets available showing this unit and the stock unit under all operating conditions, including those with hot underhood air?

I, for one, would be interested in this product if I knew more about it.

BTW, MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone:)
