Every Dyno is going to vary from gains to losses..

Whats consistent across the board is that MANY members have Dyno tested their base IS-F's.. and put down on Avg. between 350-355 RWHP, when properly dyno'd on a Dyno Jet in 6th gear and SAE corrected.. (WITHOUT an extended cool down period)

20-25 Rwhp gains are all you going to see from a properly set up Full True Dual exhaust system on the IS-F

Yes, I understand all that as well. But as far as I've seen, no one has dyno'd that high for an exhaust only, doesn't matter the when, where, conditions or dyno. That is a high number and following with interest.

It was the same exact dyno that was used runs however those were not posted here bc all we were showing was the consistency with the numbers. Now we have our standard and have done a few other cars on that dyno also. and i can say that the guy running the dyno said he wouldn't have believed it if he didn't see it with his own two eyes.

Actually, I have been R&D'ing with the IS Line for many years now..

20-25 RWHP gains from a Full True Dual Exhaust system has already been accomplished & confirmed on the Lexus IS-F.
By me and many members that have done their own independent tests...

Joe,
No disrespect intended as I admire what you do and the products you made. But everyone understands what the gains are on an exhaust and intake and to take dyno's with a grain of salt. But the more you inject your facts/opinions into this thread the more it makes you look like your trying to sidetrack another person's product.

Just let lying dogs lye and people who purchase the product will post the truth. If they are claiming 35-50 rwhp gain with an exhaust, of course I'm skeptical, but I can form an opinion without your constant fact checking. Thanks.

None Taken..... I too appreciate your opinion Don and others as well..!!

But, just as any IS-F Enthusiast out there, I too can post about things as they are.. (Open Forum)
Side tracking is the last thing I would call this.

* I have actually helped them in the right direction a few times already... :D

Respectfully,

Joe Z :)

My apologizes to the OP for taking your thread off topic there, but at least it was a free bump to the top.

I'm still hanging around and interested in the new data and pricing. I definitely support both companies that make their own products and don't just make knock-offs, especially when you have to go through a little R&D to get there and support it with data after. Thanks.

I also have to say that what we did isn't rocket science. It is just that Lexus has made the most restricted Exhaust possible. I bet if we add our components and design to the Joe Z exhaust it would make the same power. Any Straight through system will make the power. I know someone that just cut the cats and mufflers and made nice numbers.

BTW we will be making a kit for those of you that don't want to change the tips or spend over 1k for an exhaust. It will be a Cat and muffler delete kit for about $500 to $600 MAX!
