well the dyno sheets are being scanned and put on a thumb drive for me. all the dynos were taken in the correct gearing except two and that was on purpose for experimenting with the speed limiter. Those wont be posted. ill have the correct dyno sheets up for you all tomorrow.

is that 27 whp gain dyno results only the exhaust or with your Joe Z intake + tom's filter + exhaust gained together of 27 whp?

Also why the lost of torque from the 25whp gain graph of 338.28 tq and from the 27whp gain but showing less tq of 326.33?

Different cars. All the cars had any air intakes removed and this was on just the exhaust alone.

Ah great gains and props to ISSforged for designing it. Anyhow this is my opinion on this. Also I don't want to burst anyones bubble. I was researching on CL about this exhaust and I see it sells for 2500 for the SS polished version. Only down fall I see in this is 2500 is alot of money for a SS exhaust. Sure it makes a bit more power then Joe Z and it has it's own exhaust tips but the Joe Z exhaust can make that power too. By doing so removing the resonator pipes by getting it custom by an exhaust shop which won't cost alot and there is Joe Z's missing 5whp. Note because I noticed the ISSForged system doesn't have resonators. Also by removing the resonators the JoeZ system will lose another 7-10 lbs or maybe even more so in the end it will be alot lighter then this ISSforged exhaust(JoeZ's system's actual weight 64 lbs vs 69 lbs for this system). Sorry for sounding like the bad guy here but these are facts and to me Joe Z still costs 2/3's of 2500. Maybe if this system was made of Ti then it be worth the 2500. These are just my thoughts;)

Ti exhaust would cost you way more (think 6k range). As for the price there is an initial GB going for 1800. feel free to pm me about it. And i plan on seeing if there is any room for ISSForged to move on that (i dont know production costs nor do i work for them). I am just a consumer trying to better a product. as for the resonators those are made to come out also as the track system so we shave that weight also. This is just another option that gives quality results, sound, and a different design then what is currently offered. by all means feel free to be like everyone else i prefer to be different.

Also another quick fact for you. these are all handmade and assembled in the US. There is a tremendous cost for that, yet at the same time they are trying to help the community like i stated earlier. If you feel that is to much then feel free to purchase the Joe-Z exhaust. You will still have shipping and Taxes where applicable. That being said the GB price is only 200 more for a unique system that is truly worth it!!!

Resonators would add weight to the exhaust not shave weight. Also 6k for a Ti exhaust? Maybe if it was JDM but tell u the truth I'm already getting a custom made Ti exhaust for more then half of 6k from a close friend who owns a car modding shop for over 2 decades and who has been making custom exhausts/headers/intakes and all the goodies for a very long time. Also from a well reputative brand and this exhaust is in the R&D process right now and will be published sometime in the near future. Stay tuned and you will see what I have coming for the ISF market. My Ti exhaust is already in the making.

So if you have one in the making why are you crying?

As far as the resonators i was saying that the ISS system has them in place and they come out so it would shave weight. (reading comprehension?)

and yes the current ti exhaust is 6k (and yes its jdm, which who cares why would that make it worth more?)

Umm yes there is one in the making right now as my friend has my stock exhaust and it's already been sent out and is in the R&D process. Also sorry I wasn't crying. Just from the research and seeing more detailed pics of the QES exhaust I didn't see any resonators on club lexus. Looked like it was straight through from the xpipe down to the mufflers.

Also JDM brand exhausts, like the Amuse Ti for r35 GTR which is 5200usd and J's Racing ti dual exhaust for NSX is 3200 usd. So I don't see how the ISF would be 6k especially when the GTR and NSX has a better market in the modding industry. My buddy already made a Ti exhaust for the GTR that's like 2/3's of the cost of the Amuse. He also made a e92 m3 exhaust as well. I can assure you that the Ti version he is making for the ISF will not be and won't be even close to 6k.

Got the street exhaust from iss on tuesday and put it on that day. had access to a lift so that made it easy me and a friend worked for about 3.5 hours putting it on. it was not as difficult as i thought it would be. the most time consuming part was taking off the old exhaust. after the tips were lined up it looked remarkable and sounds even better. im extremely happy with the exhaust from iss. ill have some pics later.

Ah.. that makes more sense now...

But if the top 2 graphs represent the same IS-F, with a 25 whp gain..

... Why does my math show only a 18.4 gain..?? (351.50 - 333.10 = 18.4)

Just asking so I can understand the information on the image / dyno graphs posted..

Thanks

Also, for comparison purposes..

ISS makes two versions of this system..
The Track system with NO resonators and then a Street System with the resonators..

Between the versions:
The Track system will dyno a few more hps and weigh slightly less... while..
The Street system will dyno a few less hps and weigh slightly more.

Glad to see them making a different exhaust product for us IS-F owners and creating a unique Dual Quad Exhaust System..

Regards,

Joe Z

Yes joe that is correct. One was the track system and the other was the street. this should help clarify it.

''Here are 2 different cars both running their own base line Dyno Numbers.... There were other runs showing higher numbers and lower numbers under different stress levels. We noticed the Exhaust helps most when you build temperature into the equation. The motor was under less stress with the exhaust then with the stock system. We will post the numbers on the production system when we get the first one done. I would also like to see the number when it get a little cooler in Miami.''
