NAV Call name Display Fix for Iphone 5

Hi, I have a 2009 ISF and I believe Gen 5 Nav. For incoming calls, call display on Nav is number only, no caller Name. There is lots of info and suggestions on this but nothing has worked. Any ideas anyone on a fix or how to get the name to display? Thanks :)
