Has anyone done this or looked into doing this? But i would like to retain all factory movement and functions. It is one of the only things i would like to change about my ISF. I just think at its lowest setting its still too high.

Thanks
Paul :)

please do not tell me you are one of those people who likes to drive around barely seeing over the dash...and your face covers only the bottom rear portion of the side window. i would drive my isf off a cliff if i saw a fellow owner doing that.
Haha, no not that low. Im used to my old cougar that had a low sportier feeling seating position. Im only talking a bit lower, not sat on the floor!
i know hks made a set for the evo and other cars. It may be too soon. Check and see if any aftermarket car seats make a set for the IS.
Tein offers lowering springs:

Another IS-F guy posted pics of his car with these springs...it looked nice. 1" in the front, .6" in the rear.
I think the OP is talking about lowering the seating position to something even lower. Not so much the ride height. ;)

To the OP, I think your best bet is to invest in a set of racing seats. The factory F seats sit lower than the original 2IS seats.

Yes i am talking about the actual seats. I already have some racing seats for my track car but i dont want to lose the functionality of the factory seats. Especially the heated elements with winter approaching!
I just thought i would ask the question, you never know. If it cant be done then so be it.

I HATE THE SEATS.. MINE ARE SITTING IN THE GARAGE... CAR HAS RACING SEATS.. ACTUALLY A FULL CARBON BUCKET FROM COBRA... TO HARD TO WEAR A HELMET IN THE CAR WITH THE STOCK SEATS..
