Most likely, there won't be MORE coming off lease next year as fewer ISF's were brought in in 09 than 08 and even fewer in 10. Yes, prices on 08 ISF's will fall as they get more miles on them and time goes on, as with most cars. The market bears most low mileage CPO ISF's right where you see them.
