Just to let the OP know it's not as easy as what your asking for. Each wheel is unique to it's position on the car. Each spoke is uniquely cut for it's side of the car. That is for '08 and '09 USA vehicles. The 10 and 11 models use a different style wheel that is not unique like the earlier vehicles. See chart I have attached for the early Fs.

Looking to buy original Lexus wheels (just wheels, no tires) for ISF (model 2008).
Dimensions:
Front:19 x 8J (one item for left, one for right)
Rear: 19 x 9J (one item for left, one for right)
Material: Aluminium
Color: any
