LED tail lights

Are the tail/brake lights on the -F LED? I looked at the dealer and the regular tail lights themselves do NOT appear to be LED's, just regular bulbs. Are the brake lights themselves LED's? In the lexus spec sheet for the IS-F it says they are, but i'm not 100% sure....

Thanks!

Yes the taillights in the IS including the CHMSL (center high mounted stop lamp) are LED. The turnsignal and reverse lamp are not. There are also a small string of LED's on the corner of each of the stop lamp.

Thanks for the quick response. I inspected the lights pretty thoroughly when I was at the dealership and was 99% sure the rear lights were not led - just regular bulb. I guess it's just the way lexus designed the cover that makes it look that way. I asked the salesman and he said that only the hybrid models had LED tails, which i knew wasn't the case, as the GS appears to have LED across the board.

Does the IS have LED tail lights in all models (250, 350, F) or only in F and other trim levels of 250/350? I cant seem to find any documents about this online!

Thanks :)
They ALL have LED, if I were you I wouldn't use that salesman he obviously doesn't know alot about Lexus' ..
