I drive my IS-F daily as well. My overall in-town average has been around 19 mpg, which isn't bad for 416 hp
My previous car an Acura TL made 21-22 mpg on the same route which was about 3-4 mpg more than its EPA city rating.
I think that's one of the most surprising things about this ride. I've averaged nearly 23mpg since getting it. I don't do that hypermiling nonsense either.

I know what you mean. I also like the double-hit when you punch it. The first hit wakes up your kidneys; the second hit throws them in the back seat.

Amazing! I drive most of my miles in town and my overall avg is 18.4mpg. I normally don't see anything on tank avg much higher than 23 and that only lasts a short time...must be heavy on the foot. I just love to hear the ROAR, I'm addicted to it.
