You must be planning on keeping the IFS for a long time. At 20 miles per week, that figures out to 3120 miles of driving in 3 years. It wouldn't be cost effective unless you plan on driving it until the wheels fall off.

My plan is to keep the car for aleast 10 years. Hope there is still gas available in 2018.
My guess is there will be gas, but prices will be $12.99 per gallon.


i read that by 2020, cars will be required to have a minimum fuel EPA of 30MPG.
we better enjoy these v8s and gas guzzlers while we can, albiet the ISF is much less thirsty than its competitors the M3, C63, and even the Rs4.
