The stock tips are back on the car, as a Borla exhaust is installed on the car now. If you want to see previous pictures of the exhaust installed id be more than glad to provide them.

Update: As of right now I can't find the bolts, gaskets and clamps. Soo unless they are found by the time I sell the exhaust... I will be purchasing brand new gaskets, bolts and clamps from ISS. They quoted me $150 shipped. I will either take that off the selling price or have them shipped from ISS to your door. It will be the buyers choice and a nice added bonus. =)
