I'm looking into changing the rims for my F... just wondering whats the best fittment for it? front and rear??

What is the most flush and concave offset for:

19 x 8.5 F
19 x 10 R

provided that I'm running the stock suspension? Would 19 x 9 F be better?
What tire size should I go with?
