Did they say anything about an ECU reset that limits rpms if gas and brake are pushed at the same time!? I definitely don't want that done, but I'm told it's part of the gas pedal fix, unless you opt out.

^This is rumored to be part of the fix but I haven't heard for sure yet if it's really part of it...I do know they do something to the pedal itself but not sure about any type of software update for the drive by wire system

^Just because your service manager tells you something, does not mean it is true at all, trust me.

It's what my dealership is currently doing. Luckily, the option exists to deny the software change.

I will NOT be doing this. The new pedal is, IMHO, ugly and totally unnecessary. The ECU change, again, IMHO, will change the character to my F. It will not get done to my car.
