They are both really really easy to install. Most shops should be able to install them. The only light they might run into a hassle with is on the left (passenger) side where they would need to remove the airbox to get into the light socket (it's not hard but it can be challenge).

If you really want to have a shop do it, I would imagine your Lexus dealership could do it or any other local performance shop could (there is no lack of them in LA). They are probably going to charge you their hourly rate.
