I haven't had that problem and i've been pushing my car over 100 mph as far as i can tell, however i have been noticing a little bit of body shake once i get to speeds of 80 and up, i'm not sure if it is related to the hood problem your having... By the way is this a recent problem or has it always been that way
i haven't noticed that anything like that up to 130mph
It is an aluminum hood so I guess it is not out of the question. Not too bad for me up to 130
I haven't noticed anything up to 120-125. I really haven't noticed any shaking of the car either like FujiN said he's noticed above 80. In fact, I notice how smooth the car is at higher speeds :)

Might want to have the hood situation checked out at the dealership

Congrats on your F and welcome to the site by the way
yea ive never noticed it before...it might have just been by wind coming head on plus high speed thanks guys
Could have been...but you wouldn't want to be going down the freeway and have your hood fly open....although it would make a good story
speaking of 100 mph.. doesn't it just seem so natural when you hit that 100 mark? Doesn't seem like your pushing any limits at all!
Nope the car seem very comfortable there, watch out for smokey, he likes it when you go 100mph.;)
Never felt any shake up to 125mph. I seem to go above 100 when I am passing people on I-5, and I don't try to make it that fast. It just happens, still trying to get use to the power.

Haha, I've had mine since June and I'm still trying to get used to the power as well :p
I've been to 135-140 on the track at Daytona and didn't notice it at all. Of course, I was busy trying to setup for my next braking point so my mind wasn't really focused on the hood... :)

100 feels so smooth as far as the ride goes...

but i think i just over noticed the shaking maybe cuz i didnt notice it until my friend in the passenger seat who was freaking out told me it was shaking
I'll have to look next time I pass someone. Maybe it's just that I'm so much i awe of what I am driving that I haven't noticed. Next time I'll pay attention and report back.
