Has anyone seen of heard of this unit/manufacturer?

Has anyone seen of heard of this unit/manufacturer? My Lexus does not have the factory navigation and this seems like a reasonable option, besides a regular tom tom etc. It was made by Qualir Item# QL-LXS971 and have found a few online distributors. Any ideas or thoughts?

One of my friends has this installed in his IS350. It looks very close to OEM.
