Any real world tests? Head to head? Besides the LSD, is thereany reason to go 2010? I miss my F, and I am thinking of getting another one. But don't know if it worth buying a new 2010 or saving a few bucks and get a gently used or leftover 2008/9? I do like tracking my F, and I am sure the LSD would help.

Any thoughts?

The LSD is of course the big thing. The attachments may or may not help in your decision.

I wonder why the heck they discontinued the A/T oil temperature gauge? That's useful on cold days............:confused:

This is a good indicator of when the car is fully warmed up.........an engine oil pressure indicator would have been a good replacement.

Can anyone comment on the transmission ? I know it's heavy duty and engineered well............but still.......I hate "idiot lights".......

•A warning message for excessively high ATF temperature has been added to the multi-information display.
• The A/T OIL TEMP indicator light in the combination meter has been discontinued.

Oh oh maybe I understand them wrong, is the A/T meter will remain then? I thought they eliminated the meter itself.........

What we need is the Stig to do timed laps in a 2009 and 2010 ISF and then we could really see the difference.

I assume everyone knows who the Stig is from last Mondays show? I was hoping for the german chick who teaches at the Nurbergring but it wasnt. It was a heck of a surprise.

I don't think there ever was a gauge for A/T oil temperature. My '09 has coolant temp (analog) and engine oil temp (digital), plus a warning light for high A/T oil temp.

has anybody seen the Smart Key F Card ? thats a new and slick feature!
I believe my manual says that the card is only for Canadian cars.

That actually is a standard issue key with the 2008 ISF in Japan. We in the US get jipped as we don't get that as an option. We can however order that F key from an overseas source and have it programmed on our US spec ISF.

They also have remote start in Japan... =(

I still want that feature "built-in"...
