Welcome to the site!! Congrats on your purchase!
No one has any idea bout a supercharger yet. There was a Greddy one that appeared at the SEMA show in November but since that, no one has heard anything official about R&D or release dates. There is also a rumor that Lexus will come out with one for the F if the demand is large enough (there is a thread on here about it). I haven't heard anything about that in quite a while.
The only real mods your going to get are going to be an exhaust and intake from SRT (definitely want to search this forum before doing that), a Joe-Z exhaust, a Joe-Z intake that should be released soon and cosmetic mods. There is also a company that is working to tune the Lexus IS-F ECU for a reflash. There will be more info about that soon. If you need any websites or want to look at any cosmetic mods, let me know and I'll give you some sites as well as email addresses.
Like it was said before though, take your time with the car and get to know it. It is quite an amazing car from the factory so you might only want to make a few changes. Welcome again and congrats
