Greddy Titanium exhaust vs JOEZ/ISS Forged

I know there is much debate about the better exhaust between JOEZ and ISS Forged for the IS-F. Either way both exhausts are very good and soo is the competition for parts on our cars. However, that is not what this post is about.
I am wanting to know if anyone knows much about the Greddy Titanium exhaust compared to these other two, similar exhausts. I know the weight savings is incredible on it weighing in at only 35 lbs vs the stock 71 lbs! I'm wanting to know if anyone knows anything about Sound and the Power Gains from the Greddy. Also, any ideas on pricing? Is any of it comparable to the other two?

This is the link that stirred up my interest:

(Hopefully it works)

Good find. I can't wait to see the finished product. I've always like Greddy. Hope the cost and gains are at least in-line with the other options out there. I'll be following this thread closely.
That's it, I'm moving out of California first chance I get!
Thank goodness I held out on buying any of the other exhaust systems because this is what I've been waiting for since the Greddy ISF project!!!!
Hopefully it's not something outrageous like $2500+

i think it will be over the 2500 mark.
I hope NO ONE buys it then and makes a statement towards the makers of ridiculously expensive parts.
I've been talking to Greddy via email. They said they are interested in setting up a Group Buy for this exhaust system. I will let you know when I find out more.
35 pounds is awesome and I like how you have the option to keep the stock exhaust tips in the bumper.

Yeah, it probably will be $2500.
That certainly looks like the best build quality yet for an ISF exhaust. Greddy should have enough experience in the exhaust market to deliver a well tuned sound without droning.

Now... will it come in a stainless steel version? This titanium really is overkill on such a heavy car, besides looks.

I don't believe the ISF is viable for any small racing teams yet either (ECU limitation), so where is the market for a titanium exhaust?
I don't think it will be as loud and aggressive sounding as ISSForged or Joe-Z due to the resonators still on there.
I've already lost interest. I purchased an ISS Forged and called it good! They are taking too long to provide information to us about it.
Simple Information....

In the price per hp ratio....

We give you a TRUE approx. 20-22 Rwhp gain for only $1599...

Build Quality is bar none and honestly 29lbs weight savings on a car like ours will not make a huge difference for most daily drivers.

Our Full 304 SS System only weighs 64 lbs. compared to oem of 70 lbs.

I can tell you our exhaust also makes 39 Rwhp when spun on the dyno after being cooled for 10 minutes, but what would be the point of that?? ;)

Best Regards,

Joe Z

Well said...this pulls me closer to getting a Joe z exhaust...I just still need to find someone locally in letting me listen to it..

Joe z has gotten nothing but spectacular reviews! Both exhaust and customer service. Haven't had experience with his exhaust but intake pipe was a nice touch.

Greddy makes top quality products as well. I was happy with thief Greddy DD exhaust for my ae86 so I know what I'll be getting. Just waiting for this to be out to make my final decision.
Yes, we can see more difference between JOEZ and ISS. You have described them very well.
