GPS does not do text to speech

Hi,
I have a few questions/complains about the GPS.
1- No Text to Speech, so no street names.
2- Does not work when car is moving faster than 5 miles or so, the passenger cannot reroute (Or am I wrong about it/missing some setting).

Any help will be appreciated.
