Front bumber cover

I saw a thread a while ago on how to remove the front bumper cover in order to install hid fog lights. I don't know which forum I saw it on and I am unable to find it again. I was wondering if anyone could direct me to the thread? Thanks.

thanks for the reply, but that wasn't what I was looking for. I want to take the entire bumper cover off.

Its pretty simple. Bolts on the underside, little clips in the fender liner. Bolts on the grill. Then reach in and unplug the fog plugs be carefull on the snap portions under the head lights.
Are you handy with a removing clips and tabs? It should be no sweat.
