oil change

Hello all

Does the oil change light automatically come on at a set mileage from the prior change?

I put amsoil in about 5k ago and my light just turned on. I thought I could run 7500 or more on amsoil. Have been driving hard in city though

I guess I'll reset it and change the oil in another 2.5 - 5K
