I made a Ti can axle back and it seemed no one was interested in saving 20lbs. Still looking at other options, but with the way this market is responding to aftermarket offerings, I would be surprised if there is much demand given other platforms that would yield more customers.

Yeah the problem is there are very few full ti canister options to be sourced. And these HKS universal cans are just too long to hide behind the stock valance. I am considering manufacturing my own, but I just do not see the demand behind it and it will not be cheap. How many units has ISS forged really sold for their efforts?

Like I said, I have not given up yet, I continue to look for more options even after 2 years at it. I think the problem is so many people want a lot of different things....something I am trying to address. I will probably offer a custom configurable system that lets you pics from a few options while keeping the bends etc consistent.

I mean is this really so bad? The sound is outstanding IMO for a axleback.

Yeah the exhaust really does look bad IMO. Just not very clean looking and too similar to the standard IS.

I have no idea how many units ISS forged has sold and from what I can see on the forums is probably the 3rd most popular exhaust behind PTS JoeZ and Borla. I don't know how much it would cost to do a full titanium exhaust, but if one were created I am certain it would be the number one most sought after exhaust for this car with the huge weigh savings. My guess is that people probably wouldn't want to spend more than twice the amount they normally pay for the other brands so that may be the deal breaker if production costs are too high.
I guess my point was that the Fujitsubo exhaust was the same "style" as my proto, so that would speak to them making a production version. I had also started to make a carbon valance, but got little feedback so I moved on to other things. I still have a lot of money in this so I want to see something come out of it, its been hard to get a gauge of preferences since they are so spread out.

I will probably do a thinwall sus piped ti can version that will be very close to full ti weight, this 20lbs was just with standard 0.062 wall. This should keep the cost down.

I had to make custom spun ball flanges to accept the stock gasket and it would be very hard to replicate in Ti.
